The UVM-10-0.16, UVM-10-0.6, UVM-10-1.0, UVM-10-1.7, UVM-10-2.2, UVM-10-4.0, UVM-10-6.0, UVM-10-8.0
and UVM-EP-10-0.6, UVM-EP-10-4.0
systems are used for thermal vacuum dehydration and degasification of electrical insulating and lubricating oils in order to withdraw free and soluble water, gas as well as for removal of particulates. They are applied while installation, repair and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment.
The system consists of oil heater, fine filter, oil pump, pre-filter, vacuum pump, vacuum vessel, adsorber, control cabinet, pipelines and valves. Heater drive circuit is interlocked with pump drive circuit. In the control cabinet is located magnetic starter, heat regulator supporting set range temperature, indicator lamp. Principle of operation Deteriorated oil is directed through mesh filter mounted into pipeline of gear oil pump delivering oil into oil heater. Oil heating up to +55°C...-...+65°C is carried out by heat-transfer agent. From oil heater through the pre-filter the oil moves to the vacuum vessel whereas dissolved water in the oil under exhaustion evaporates. Water and gas vapor is drawn off by vacuum pump, from the vacuum vessel the dehydrated oil is drawn off by the pump through the fine filter. Design properties: Small-scale dimensions and weight of the system permit to use it as mobile one with the help of a cart and to treat the oil on-site. |
